First Time Login

| Step 1: |
Launch browser and open http://www.mylearningplan.com |
| Step 2: |
Select the LOGIN button in the top right corner of the screen
|
| Step 3: |
Login using the following convention
(unless you’ve changed your username/password)
|
|
|
Username = First Initial + Last Initial + Last 6 digits of SSN
Password = First Initial + Last Initial + Last 6 digits of SSN
Example: Michael Johnson’s SSN is 123-45-6789
Username = mj456789
Password = mj456789

| Step 4: |
Update the “User Profile” by clicking the link called “My User Profile”
- Verify all info on the screen (name, building assignment, department assignment, grade level).
- Input your email address in the field that is provided and set approval notification options.
- When finished, choose the SAVE button at the bottom of the screen

| Step 5: |
Return to the main screen by selecting the “Learning Plan” tab along the top.

| Step 6: |
To register for an IU 13 workshop, click the IU 13 Catalog link and follow the on-screen prompts.

| Step 7: |
To request approval to attend an out-of-district workshop, click the appropriate form.
|
Important notes for teachers
- It is extremely important that you include your email address in the “User Profile” link.
- If you select the “My Certificates” and are unable to update your certificate information, it is likely that we have your SSN recorded incorrectly or that PDE does not have your certificate information in their database.
